I sincerely hope that this reaches you, as it is important to me.
On Friday 22nd March, my whole family were listening to the beautiful Service for Alexander Gordon, my brother Held at the Amersham Crematorium at 9.15am. Our family is scattered far and wide, in Portland Oregon, Israel and London – and I was particularly pleased that they were all able to tune it.
I was so impressed with the whole experience, and it was totally beautiful and uplifting. Your voice and manner were a delight and I can never thank you enough for giving dear Gordon (as I usually called him) such a beautiful and peaceful send off.. While even now, a few days later, I occasionally have a little weep, on Friday morning I felt calm, and happy, thanks to your most beautiful presentation. I will never forget this very special occasion, and it will live with me forever.
So please accept my most sincere thanks for bringing so many lasting memories of Alexander Gordon to us all on 22nd March, shared with so many friends, in their senior years, who were able to be ‘with us’ on this extraordinarily important and happy day.
