Bernie, just wanted to say a massive “THANK YOU” for yesterday!
Once again you were brilliant! Many comments about how you made the service personal.
We really appreciated you coming back to the hotel to read out the messages for us and we feel we really were able to give Phil the send off which he deserved.
Also the way in which you supported all of us along the way, we couldn’t have done it without you!
My mum has already asked would you travel to Portsmouth for when it’s her time!!! Have told her she isn’t going anywhere - we’ve had enough death for now!!
Thanks really don’t seem enough but we REALLY did appreciate everything!
